We may accept secure payment options such as UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and supported digital wallets. Cash on Delivery may also be available for eligible locations and orders.

Yes. Online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. Swadjanak does not directly store your complete card, bank account or UPI credentials.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier service, public holidays and product availability. The estimated delivery timeline will be displayed during checkout or shared after order confirmation.

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened or used food products are generally not eligible for return. Returns or replacements may be accepted when the product is damaged, defective, expired, leaking or different from what was ordered. Requests must be submitted within the return period mentioned in our policy.

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method. The amount may take several business days to appear in your bank account, card, UPI account or wallet, depending on the payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery orders, bank or UPI details may be requested to process the refund.
